you just go to paypal.com and create an account. you have to add a credit card or bank account to it but even those prepaid cards you get at walmart work.

just let me know if u have a paypal account or if we have to mail a money order or cash to you its more safer to get your money throught paypal ... when u set up a account when the person sends u the money to it all you have to do is click on request money and they will send u a check for that amount but they take 1.50 out to send the check to you.. unless theres another way on there idk thats the only way i know of n ive been doing ...

I have a PayPal card . I just use it or transfer funds to my bank account. It's much quicker to just use the card. Transfers take about 3 days.

yes, in fact you can change the without charge. No past balance. This is my phone so why would it be lost/stolen. I have all the info for the phone to be switched over.
