Does it require a Data plan to use it? I know with some touch screens you have to have a data plan to have it activate it.

it has to have a service plan through at&t. but i don't think u have to have a data plan. they offer at&t pre paid but don't know if it works on this phone

most non smart phones with ATT you can use a pre paid sim card to have a pre paid service .... just get the cheapest prepaid phone you can... then pick and chose what prepaid service you want... you can always change the phones around with the sim card..

u dont need a plant with att.. any phone can be made int oa go phones. and its a lg xeon my BFF has one and they are good phones... and u dont need data either

yea with at&t u can just trade sims out of one phone into another and it will work
