Can you believe this? Even after we complain they continue listing stuff? I'm disappointed in ŁISTIA, they are usually very in-touch with the users wants and needs.

It might turn out ok, this is a new thing and people hate change. When things calm down, it might be a good thing. At first, bids are going to go crazy but they will settle down with time. If they don't, there are other things you can do. As you know without me going into detail. It looks like they are trying to do away with the concept of "rewards" and go strictly to auctions. Maybe the Rewards concept didn't work as well as they thought it would...but it was nice while it lasted! I certainly enjoyed being able to spend my hard-earned credits on new items that I actually received. I also think that a lot of people complained that listians weren't bidding on their items because they saved their credits for the Rewards Store! Bottom line? It is all up to Listia, it is their website, their rules, their concept, etc., and if we don't like it, nobody is forcing us to stay here, are they? I think that whoever was smart enough to figure out how to put together a site like Listia, is also smart enough to figure out if a concept is working or not. It's always about the money, no matter what you might think..they are going to do the things that benefit them..as we all do. I remember when a certain other large website, changed the way they operated, many changes..some great, some terrible, some were beyond my comprehension! Everybody moaned and complained..some left the site, others adjusted the way they did business and stayed. It will be the same way here on Listia. Change is a part of life, everything changes. Figure out a way to work with the new concept or don't, it's up to you. I quit buying from the Rewards store when the credits went too high, myself. I just don't list as much on Listia as I used to and I use other sites more often now. This was my solution for now. It may change again and I will adjust every time there is a change.

This listing will be the true test for me on how these crazy changes Listia has made really affect the price that things sell for. A few days before they made the change these 3DS XLs went for between 330,000 and 365,000 credits at GIN, so let's see what happens with this new system of theirs.

ive accumulated an enormous amount of credits in the short time ive been on listia and i have never once bought anything from listia, and im sorry but i completely disagree about listia being "free", there is almost nothing free about listia at all, its a give and take relationship, you have to have things that will sell for credits and pay the shipping so you can earn more credits and then you for the most part can win things that are free shipping, now i definitely prefer the gin system because i don't like waiting for auctions to end, listia needs to realize that people have lives and cant always be on when an auction is ending, there should be a mixture to be fair in my opinion, however ive wanted to win a 3ds for a super long time now so i definitely have to try to win this.

Pff my prodiction is this will ruin listia Or at least kill allot of traffic to it.... meaning less people to sell and buy from that are legit and trusted enough to even waste our time on...

Sadly the only way i see this working is if by some maricle everyone worked together and tried to not outbid each other and instead be patiant and work as a whole community only then could we keep these prices low and continue to earn the prices cheaper than normal....

They gave us the chance to do so but the basic human earges/desires are against us here it is very unlikely to happen.....

Listia used to be way more fun before, then they slowly started raising the gin prices on all the rewards store items, they did it at least 3 times. Then people started listing a lot less I noticed. Now they took away gin almost all together in the "rewards store". Listia is nothing but a shell of its former self. This just proves the glory days of listia are over. This item will be proof, it'll go for wayyyy more than it should and listia knows it. And you guys are right, I don't think they take user feedback into account AT ALL.

Yes, they did offer cruise, gas, car and gift cards less then their real value before. They were offering a lot of stuff in the reward store for far less then their real price in stores. Lately they changed everything, they were listing stuff in their store for much more then their real price was. It was fun to sell here when I started in 2012. fun is gone, greed is up. I stopped selling on Listia months ago, now just waiting to use my credits and I done here. And I'm not the only one.....

Changes are fine if the community is given proper time and warning to such changes i had no idea this was happening until a few days ago... its not like i sit on facebook all day i have a life....

Emails should have been given among many other things this is whats upseting they never alert anyone of changes they just do it and thats where it becomes a scam in doing so they make some quick cash while we other sellers lose money do to the sudden change in value....

All i can say is after this first wave of auctions they have up going by bids if it ends badly with it costing more than before im demanding several of my auctions be taken down as i put them up before changes were made and my intent was to GIN several items that i cant do now...

So i HOPE this ends well if not by by listia! For me...

I see a couple of people complaining about the new way the reards items are being done. I personally like it. We now get to choose the price. A computer sold on here for 324k MORE than what the computer cost. Most items were listed with a much larger credit among than what it sold for. I personally like this new way. I guess I should let them know that. I think we should all wait and see how this plays out and them make a judgement call. It may work out in your favor.

Sadly even if this one ends low most of the futurw ones will gp up in price... Why you ask? Demand that simple.....

If they plan to list auctions this way it takes time thus less items being posted thus more people getting impaitent for cashing out credits for items with value... so you will see people bidding more to cash out while they can without lossing to much and leave this dying website...

And all they had to do to fix all this was simply give credits a legit value but to do so would cost money and allot of legal complications that theyd have to deal with so they didnt/dont want do that...

Well it was fun while it lasted at least i can still get cool older items from fellow members for now... But even that will stop sooner or later with the new rewards store setup...

This is the end of their website its the steps you do to try and reduce your losses before you fully shut down a site like this....

It wasnt luck they posted new items every day at a set specific times all you had to do was now that time and be there to get the items you wanted....

But wow even i had no idea on the cars lol.... I heard about it but wasnt sure if it was true...

Yaaa once my current big auction ends im most likely only going to sell small items from now on and start using Amazon i could easily have sold my ps4 there for $500 and only be charged a $1 for selling it or i can have them sell it for me and i give them 30% of the sells...(thats still better than here now...) and still have my games to sell.... And now that they did this im kinda ***** i hope it all ends well or hell will break loose on my end ill freak out on the Moderators and Administators of this website ive done it before they dont like it when i flip a lid....

@ rmbitto : I paid that for my XBOX One a few months ago in the reward store, inflation is going to kill this site. At least before the small timers could save and sneak in and grab an auction like this, now the small time guys are out in the cold because they won't have the revenue to keep up with some of the bigger sellers. Element of timing and surprise for the reward store is dead. I use to check multiple times a day in the rewards store hoping a new item pop up and taking it down before someone else could. Oh well.

Got the newer one for 230 k a couple months back, love how Listia puts this as a way to let everyone bid on things. It's true they will be able to bid, but the prices just went up due to this leaving most of the small time users even further out of the picture. Talk about causing inflation, Listia is going to kill their own site with this new way of running the reward store.

We have all the power here not them. Just don't bid. That will show them how we feel about the so called rewards store. And unfan Listia!! Keep the bids low and they will have no choice but to send the times for next to nothing. Every thousand credits is equal to 50 cents people!
