The biggest letdown of this Happy Meal toy is that through tons of research, nobody could find one that whistled good at all. They can certainly give your breath of air a sliding scale sound though! It's supposed to be a replica of minion Phil blowing jelly, henceforth his name "Phil jelly whistle". He stands around 3 in tall and has 7 siblings. This item is hard to find and is only available from third-party sellers. Amazon and eBay are through 3rd party sellers.
