Most times you will receive your order within 5-20 days after I mail your item.

If you live in the US, please remember the item MUST clear customs first, this can take anywhere from 1 day to 10 days.. Depending on customs , this is out of my control. I do fill out customs paperwork to try and make it go faster.

I will only ship to Verified Listia addresses, it is your responsibility after the auction ends to get verified.
If you do not send your verified address within 7 days, I will realist the item.
If your items get returned, due to wrong address, I keep your credits and re-list the item.

All my auctions come from a smoke free house.

If you Bid by mistake this is not my problem, should you win the auction and change your mind, this is not my problem!

I only mail to USA & Canada, you must have a zip code or postal code, if you win and do not have a zip code or postal code, you will forfeit your credits.

you will get a confirmation or tracking number. Both can be tracked, difference is tracking can be tracked by postal and customers, confirmation can only be tracked by postal.
Some items are sent regular postal No tracking. I will decide how the item is sent based on winners feedback.

I may have to save up some credits by November, the only thing that would make this auction any better would be a how to make designs type of booklet or book! I so wish I had the credits to bid on this one, this truly is one of the greatest auctions I have seen, well thought out!

Guess im just the nervous type i have a postal code and am verified ,never have had a problem but have had bad luck not on listia thou knowing this will be big bidding ( and i want it ) risking something goes wrong that i cannot control like what if the postal codes accidently mis read by you or by the postal then id loose 50,000 credits / im 83 deliveries sucessful and 32 received sucessfully but knowing i was covered in the event something went wrong i had no anxiety waiting for things to arrive this one i think my anxiety be thru the roof lol still i wish you all the best , & good luck to everyone !!!

well I also am in canada so if you were to win, you would definitely get a Tracking number and it would also have insurance for 100.00 .. So if it goes missing I would refund and process a claim with canada post. , I can guarantee that I would not write the postal down wrong.. I have a system that take your address from Listia and prints it out, exactly how you have it on Listia. So I will not misread your postal , as for Canada Post I can not guarantee that they won't , but like I said I will have insurance on the item and I will definitely process a claim, and at that point I will refund credits, because Canada Post will have to give me the money. I can also add a signature and also put on the package not to leave at door.

You should still be able to bid , even without your wing.. If you can't bid, you should contact Listia to find out why.
As for your seller wings , you will get that in time.. To get the wings you must sell items and be completely verified

I can try to remember to let you know. I have a very full plate, coz I have my own cleaning company and a online store and currently trying to get another online store going so I can leave the cleaning company for good.. This way it gives my husband and I more time to travel.. Kids are getting older now so we have more time and don't want to waste it sitting in the house..lol

Ohh , I should have some really good stuff for the November one.. I'll more then likely post it just before Halloween this way it can be a 21 day auction and the winner will get it before the Holidays, in case they want to gift it!
