Vintage OLD DUTCH Solid Copper TEA POT KETTLE From Portugal
Has a wonderful natural patina
It is rare to find one in this good of condition--no dings, no burn marks, and the wooden stopper is intact.
It is marked on the bottom..hard to read but I did my best!
Would look beautiful in your copper kitchen!

When you take the spout cover off, you can see how shiny it used to be.
It is about 7 1/2" tall and 7" across the bottom

Good, the same as the outside. This was used for display..I had to take cobwebs out.

I'm almost 60, also--in two years! Born in 1957. It's an old picture of me in the late 30's....lolo. I call people that I am comfortable with "kiddo",...weird habit of mine, I guess. I have a 40 year old daughter--doesn't seem possible!

I found a few on eBay like yours. I didn't save them though. I searched for Portugal copper kettle and scanned listings both for sale and sold until I saw some like yours. They ranged $25 to $50

I saw that brand but all the ones I saw had wooden handles or ceramic. I haven't found any like mine. I saw one a while back that was missing the wooden spout and was dinged up pretty bad but they wanted 30 dollars for it! And, they didn't know the brand either. Where do you get your info? Can you share with me? I'd love to find info on it. It drives me crazy when I look for something and can't find it.

It's really hard to see, I had to get out the magnifying glass, I'm surprised my camera picked it up. It's a crazy place to put a mark where it gets the most wear...on the bottom!
