This phone is in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches. It will come with a usb cable and an otterbox. It is on At&t so there is no need to worry about the ESN it is clean. I will leave it on the firmware it is currently on and jailbreak it if requested, but I will remove any and all other apps, movies or music.

Note: I requested for the original auction to be removed because I forgot to mention that I bought the phone from At&t refurbished. I know that may not seem like a big deal to some, but I sold one on eBay and the lady asked for a refund when she got it. I personally don't see what difference it makes, but I am letting everyone know.

This is AT&T, so yes, you can use a sim card. Google Jailbreak, its too much to explain here. But short version is you'll be able to use it on TMobile and some free apps. Firmware is what makes the phone work, its like windows but Apples version, its the Operating System sort of, more accurately what is beneth the operating system.

textfree does texting and mms. or you could sign up for google voice and get the google voice app and it even has push so it's just like real texting.
