What brand is this? Nothing has run 2.0 besides the nexus one, and it looks like 2.3 from the pictures. And there's no back, menu, or home buttons?

There are back, menu and home buttons on the front as well as the screen if you look at the first picture at the bottom left hand corner it says 2.0
