I have been raiding my husband's jewelry box. He has jewelry he hasn't worn in years and never will wear, so he said I can list it on Listia. Please check my other jewelry items too. This is a mans 24" 14K gold Figaro chain. It is gorgeous. The pictures really don't do this chain justice. It is in perfect condition. It is stamped 14k and I tried to take a picture of it but you can't really see it in the pictures. I must have spent an hour and taken 50 + pictures and this is the best I can do. You can't really tell what it says in the pictures, but it is 14K gold and in person it is very plain to see. I only ship in the US. Isn't that what 14k is? It doesn't say it is GF, which would be gold filled. It doesn't have anything on it except 14K. I never thought about taking it in somewhere to have it checked.l just assumed that 14K was gold.

Do you have any options in the event it turns out to not be real. I belive you, but in case you got it and didn't realize it wasn't real you know? Nothing towards you as a bidder, just curious. I've never bid or gotten gold anything on here before so this will be a first. Thanks :) Still watching!

I cannot authenticate it 100% as being pure gold because it was my husband's, not mine. And I have not taken it in to be tested, However I will try to do so before the auction ends, if I have time. No promises that I will be able to do so. If I do, then I'd be able to guarantee it. If I don't get it tested, then I can't guarantee it to be real gold. All I can say is I believe that it is because it says 14k. There are no other marks like GF or anything else except the 14k. I called a friend for advice on a home test and he said use a strong magnet to see if it will pick it up or not. I did test it just now with a very strong magnet and it did not pick up or budge it whatsoever. This is the best I can do. I will try to get to a Jeweler tomorrow.

This is definitely a Figaro chain. I just typed both Figaro chain & Marina Flat chain in Google images. There is no mistake about it, it is a Figaro chain. The chain I have looks nothing like a Marina flat chain. Thanks for checking on it.

People, if the lady tells you it is stamped 14k, it is solid gold. Why do you have to be so untrusting? 14k means SOLID gold. She is a trusted seller. For pity sake give her a brake! This lady is VERY HONEST.
BTW< I know my jewelry and that IS a Figaro chain, not a Marina.
Yoshimtu, please don't let these people with their crazy questions discourage you. You are right with your answers.

Thank You & God Bless you too. If for some reason there was a problem with the authenticity of the chain, I would never say "Oh well, its your problem" NEVER! I would work something out with the buyer so that he was completely happy. If they would just read my feedback before commenting, they would find more than one person who has said I really care about my buyers and I go out of my way to make sure they are 100% happy with their purchase. I was starting to feel like I had 0 feedback and this was my 1st & only listing. lol I even put my name on the paper so people would know it is in my possession.
