Watch it folks, this seller never added any photos of the actual TV, only a stock photo. This will cost a FORTUNE to ship, a 42-inch TV is very heavy. I know, I have one.

No you CAN add photo's after an auction has started and after there are bids. They changed things a few months ago, I do it all the time. This seller has up 1 stock photo, no others, no bank verification, anyone, even a 10 year old can verify a cell phone, no feedback, and they're listing a 40" flat screen tv as their first item, AND offering free shipping? Right. Listia might give you your credits back, but it takes a while to get them, especially if the seller says they sent it and disputes your claim. A disputed claim can take 5 weeks to resolve. Do you want 20,000 credits tied up for over a month while real auctions come and go? I dont think so. But please, by all means bid away. If this is real, its the first ive seen of its kind, out of thousands like this. And to the guy above who claimed they verified this auction was real, how did you do that? By looking at a photo the seller linked you to? Thats verification of this auction being real? Right.

Listen dude if you have a problem with the auction save your bids. and like i said before the photos are above and i tried to add more the only thing it tried to let me do is the amount of tv's i have. if you feel its a scam dont bid and stop going around wasting time talking crap on peoples items im sure you have allot of better things to do. so once again this item is real check the photos and im not verifying my bank because im not buying or giving anything away for cash. its just points and credits. so if you dont like that then move your bid else were.

Good luck. I'm not trying to be overly negative, but ... this is a GREAT item that SHOULD get a TON of credits. But, as a newbie seller you probably won't get enough action to make it worth spending so much to ship it.

It might be better to ask Listia to take this listing down for the moment and wait until you have a bunch of positive feedback. You will get a LOT more credits. For now, I don't think you will get the high bids you need to make the shipping worthwhile, because you are so new to Listia. And that would be so discouraging for you ... just my advice.

Check my listings and home page ... I'm a long-time seller on Listia and try to give new people useful advice when I see situations like this. It is GREAT when we get a new seller who is actually reliable (most aren't, unfortunately), so I try to help them be successful. I hope my advice helps.

Also, if you do take this listing down and list it again later, avoid "custom" subcategories (I noticed you have in a subcategory called "Plasma TV." A lot of people, including me, browse categories and the "normal" subcategories, but I don't usually bother with the sub categories because often those only have one or two items.

Just use the "normal" subcategories when listing items. I tried the subcategories for my stuff and got a LOT less action ... live and learn.
