I normally will mail a DVD in a bubble envelope, 1st Class for $4.00. Using "media" rate would probably be around $2.40 or so. Just not sure since the only time I used the "media" rate I was shipping about 10 DVDs.

It's not in the original plastic wrap, but it's never been viewed. My DVD player broke about the same time as I bought the DVD, so it has never been played.
