This disc contains both Topspin and NCAA Football 2005.

The disc has a noticeable number of scuffs and scratches. These did not affect gameplay in any noteworthy fashion, although my experience with NCAA Football 2005 was rather brief. The game comes with no manual, and the original case has been replaced by a slim green translucent one (not as good as the original but far better than nothing).
Although I can't find any concrete information on the topic, I do not believe these games are compatible with the Xbox 360.
