Ok guys since Listia will not definitely reply to this I will try to answer these questions. 1. This auction is for the game SoulCalibur V which is SoulCalibur 5 for the PS3 or Xbox 360 the winner's choice of which console. 2. It is not released yet, but either when the auction ends it should be the release date, or Listia is going to ship it out when it is released, or since they are a recognized company they get first dibs lol. 3. Listia sets the rules, Listia can bend it whatever way they can unless its a U.S. Federal Law. Hopes that answers all your questions.
