how many excuses do you want? To be truthful...several excuses..motivation or I should say lack of, age, aches and pains, motivation, did I mention motivation? I want to and need to but, ...and I bought this and never even looked at the dvds. Had knee surgery 3 months after I got it. It wasn't cheap either. My lack in all above is your gain...go for it!
