say its at 100.....with no bids...and i bid 1000...it stays a hundred...but if someone else comes along it will take 1000 credits to outbid me..
ebay is the same way...what i do is i want something i just bid the max amount i am willing to pay if i get outbid then i dont want it...
sorry bout your experience so far...i didnt win anything until i auctioned off a buch of stuff....to get major credits.
