The glow only lasts a few seconds, at least when I use my little fluorescent light that I have on my desk. With a stronger light source they may last a big longer, but they are just little flakes. They are fun, but won't last long in a dark room!

I know, they are so funky! Basically they are pretty white glass beads. The sparkles glow for a short time if you hold them up to a light. It would be fun to go to a party and carry a little flashlight to keep "recharging" the glow beads! You can probably get a flashlight on Listia too ... LOL
