polyester, tag inside coat: Waghearted, velco closing at chest area(bottom), Length from base of neck to end of coat: 13-1/2" Hood: 8-1/2" long, Chest: 22"(fits more like a large medium rather than Large as stated on the tag), There was no special information that said what type of dog this fits. This was tried once on Sage and it wasn't long enough for him.

No Foreign shipments.

Dogs vary so much in size. The raincoat didn't have info on what dogs it would fit. I have provided measurements above on the coat.

Sage is a mixed breed...Shih Tzu, Poodle, Lhasa Apso and is 28 pounds.

I think it might be a little big. It all depends on over-all measurements like chest size, length, etc.
