This is a beautiful 14k gold marquise cut diamond ring. There is a 22 stamped inside the ring as well as 14k i am assuming this means it is .22 carat not a small diamond and not huge .Yes it is real gold and real diamond.It is a 7 to 7 1/2.I hate to part with it but i am happy to share it with my listian friends.Thank you and happy bidding!!!!!!!!!!!
