I do not believe these are. I have purchased some that are and some that are not (at least according to the sellers I bought them from). They look and feel exactly the same though. So, I removed that info from my listings because I've mixed them up so can't be sure.

I recently purchased a bunch of 70 percent silver charms though, that I AM certain are correct. I'm trying to be accurate in all my listings!

Yeah, me too. We just moved back to Maryland after living four years in Iowa. Winters are very pretty there but dang, once it gets cold, it STAYS cold, for months!

Good luck, is it hard to choose? I find that the bracelets look good with one color theme (so if you choose pink you can use a variety of different pink beads, with silver and/or crystal, etc). I think they might be the 70 percent silver (solid silver), but some might be silver plated. When I first purchased them for Listia they were the solid silver, but I've bought them from various sellers so stopped making that claim because I wasn't positive they were all solid silver. But they are all a very nice, bright silver and heavy, so I think they might all be the solid silver.
