i have a problem with random people cause right when i clicked bid it said sorry you have been out bid automatically

that's the way bidding works, if say you are the only bidder on an item that starts at 1 credit and you bid 1000 credits you would be the high bidder at 1 credit until someone bid against you at say 100 credits. Then the bid would jump up to 101 with you still being the high bidder.

Yes, it will continue to do that until you bid higher than what the the other person put in as thier highest bid.
