no it isnt if you look the battery is exposed. its just a battery sitting there.

no it was never hacked it works great it is reset and yes it stays in but if you toss it on a bed or counter it will fall out

You know if you do free shipping, you will get a whole bunch more bids, and since your new at this and this is such a really high standard item for a new person, it would be easier to do free shipping with tracking.
