This is a beautiful old vase that was a promotional item for a July 4th picnic on the East Coast. It is in perfect condition, without chips, scuffs, marks or smudges. It has been kept in storage for a long time. The front and back are hand painted, reading "Elizabeth Wells, Seabright Nature, July 4th & October 30th 1893, Improvement Co".
