These plants are nice because they bloom in very early spring, before almost anything else.
These are generally sold as bulbs, but they can also be started from seed. Mine multiply that way every year. They take 2 years to bloom from seed, but then the plants last for many years. I collected these seeds from white and blue parent plants last week.
