This I believe is a matching set this bag is made to carry these specific headset and Xbox, controller etc. it's a big bag. I also think I read awhile ago, I could be wrong, that this bag is discontinued.
Also, the reason for getting rid of this headset, I don't like all the wires, I prefer the cheap Xbox 360 wired headset, Lot less wires. I got this set from my brother for x-mas and I don't use the bag, and don't like the headset.
