OdorXit Concentrate diluted with water can be safely applied to carpet, walls, floors, furniture, tile, cabinetry, concrete, fabric, leather and many other surfaces to eliminate all organic-based odors. Eliminates pet odors,sweat, cooking, urine, fecal, skunk odors and more. OdorXit is used by landlords and property flippers to get rid of stale and offensive odors inside apartments, homes, and garages. Normally OdorXit concentrate is diluted in a 15:1 meausre and applied using a spray bottle. It can also be added to a load of laundry and used in combination with detergent or even carpet shampoo in a carpet cleaner. Effective in temperatures from 0-130 degrees F, OdorXit eliminate any odors that remain after application of a germicide and continues to work to eliminate those odors. It is fully compatible with detergents, shampoos, and soaps, (except chlorine and oxygen bleaches) and can be used in comjunction with stain removers.
