i am totally in love with this blouse and i don't know who i was trying to fool thinking i'd fit into an extra small - obviously i didn't - but i'm still very excited to just list it - the brand is wrapper - it measures 15 1/2" across the underarms and 23" from shoulder to elastic hem, there is also elastic around the shoulders and up on the right side "wing" - the left shoulder is made up of delicate black ruffles - soooo fab ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
