New, without tags, 18k White Gold Plated, not stamped, Shooting Star Bracelet accented in Swarovski Crystals, The star itself is filled with a black glitter/shimmer inside with a circular shape inside, this shimmer color helps to set the star off nicely!! Weighs 13g total, I would **NOT** say this bracelet is a one size fits all deal, i feel you would need a small wrists like me for this item to fit. Bracelet is tough to give an exact measurement due to the humps in the design, fully extended I get 6 inches but it throws you off on the size it could fit because I get 6 inches when i measure my wrist around so i found this very odd, however when trying on the bracelet i was left with enough room for it to slide up & down my arm so it would prob fit a couple sizes bigger in inches as well.
