The 2nd picture is the item on Amazon if you want to see all the specs not to mention the price of $60! (WOWSERS!).
I've used this camera/camcorder a few times and its great, but I'm a photographer (professionally), so I've upgraded to something that's way too overpriced and I'll probably regret it later... (ask me in a month or so!)

-Camera doesn't need a charger, the USB is inside and you just plug it into your computer.
Shipping is flat rate of $3.00.
