This listing is for a One Size fits most (fold down rise) All in two (shell with snap in tri-folded soaker) Barbie themed cloth diaper. The inner is made with fleece, I am unsure at this time if there is a hidden layer of PUL , however the diaper is super soft so I'm thinking that the fleece is what protects against the outside of the diaper getting wet. I have had no leak issues with this diaper.
