This is used, and it doesn't come with the charger. But it charges with any Android charger.
I atually found this on a park bench, i couldn't find the owner of the phone, and there was no where to turn it in, so i just kept it. It still works in PERFECT condition.The back is a little scratched, but the front has no flaws :)
This can be taken to any walmart tech center, virgin mobile store, Lg place, really any phone place and have the old user's info deleted and get your own plan for it :)
This as a virgin mobile phone, and it is touch screen :)
