this phone is pre paid by at&t works just fine just get new sim,s card to get new number i,ll leave my old one in there just so you can see that it works and yes it has a camera as you can see in the pic, its chargeing just had it sitting up so i had too charge on it work very fine

i had phone 2 years dont no that it just works fine that what i know just got phone with cheepper plan now thats why i did not need it now there pre paid plan is cheep

yes just by a card and add the time to it or call custamer service let them know you got this phone from vernon crawford and you want new service under your name thats if you want new number i forgot my old number 2 years ago
