This is a paper trimmer that I was given years ago. It's brand new, still in the original packaging. I never used it, because I have another one.
The packaging is in rough shape, with some stains and tears, so it won't do as a present, except to yourself!
It has two blades, and a swing out ruler. It also has "the unique TripleTrack rail design".
I couldn't find the exact one at fiskars.com, home of the worlds finest cutting instruments, but this link will show a similar cutter, so you can get a better idea of what you're getting.
