Description

The listing, Am I Crazy? Tiered School Supplies 120+Items has ended.

School supplies cost a FORTUNE now a days, so I am offering my first ever tiered auction! This should be fun.

How it works: The first bid of 1000 credits gets you everyhing in the first picture. 1 composition book, 1 scientific calculator, 1 pk of wide ruled paper, 1 pk og mechanical pencils and 1 pk of highlighters. All items are NEW and in original packaging.

With every additional bid of 500 credits you get one item from picture 2. Over 120 items to choose from :) In this tiered auction, the person who bids 500 credits gets to choose what item to add by putting it in the comment block. I will check to see who bid an only add those items. If people randomly put comments asking to add items, they will be hidden. You must bid 500 credits in order for a new items to be added.

Every additional 500 credits= 1 item added until the auction ends or all items have been added.

GIN BONUS** If you use GIN you get ALL items from picture 1 and 2 and Free shipping...OMGoodness lol. I am crazy.....Happy bidding :)

With all do respect i have to agree on the 12 dollars i mean i have shipped a good bit of things in my life and that little bit of stuff in the first pic would NOT cost 12 to ship . More like 5 to 7 and thats with conformation included. Not trying to upset you just does not seem fair to me to ask that much UNLESS its all the stuff and not just the first pic full of stuff.

I never said I would charge 12 if someone only won a few items. I put 12 because this is a tiered auction and if someone did win most of the items without gin, it would cost a fortune to ship.when I put this auction up the intent was to give someone the chance to get alot of great stuff and win all or most of the items. If anyone had any respect they would have just asked me to put exact shipping which actually makes more sense. I am going to change that but since noone has bid yet I sm considering deleting this auction and selling it on ebay.

best wishes, BUT you are going to have a difficult time determining who bids 500 credits BECAUSE it will not show UNLESS it takes that many credits to wipe-out the previous bidder and honestly 128,000 that is the equivalent of $320.00 I'll be watching NOT bidding!

Why is it that you feel the need to write negative comments on MY auction? Every 500 credits equals an item added. If you dont outbid the previous bidder...then they still get to choose the added items...not complicated to figure out. And 128,000 does not equal 320.00. If you check out any gift card auction or listia auction...1000 credits is about a dollar...though it changes often due to supply and demand. This is a bartaring website. If you dont like it go shop on Ebay.

HM2013 people are here to enjoy themselves why make it uncomfortable for others? One can list an auction anyway one pleases within the rules but you have the right not to bid on it also but honestly do you have to make the person who made the auction feel bad. Seriously Listia is about enjoyment and helping others with things we have in our home we don't use anymore honestly people want something for NOTHING then want FREE SHIPPING then they will take the items and sell them on ebay or locally on craigslist this person did nothing wrong and your comments are just wrong if you don't like it stop coming back and commenting just to get a thrill!!!! Hope you have a great Auction Turn out!!!!

Awesome set! F&W!
Side note: if you were to buy credits from listia you could get 400 credits per dollar so based on that the gin is about $320

I really hope no one is buying credits from listia....their prices are outrageous! I dont ever base my auctions off of what Listia sells their credits for because the credits are not worth the money. I would never pay 40.00 for 16000 credits. you can get a 15.00 giftcard on here for about 16000 credits or less. I wish people would stop using Listias prices as a value for credits. I seriously doubt people are buying credits at those prices. If you want value for your money LIST ITEMS. So again.....the GIN is FAIR

I am not trying to be snotty, but i have always tried figuring out the value of a listia credit. The only way i figured is by going off of listias price to buy credits. How did you come up with 1000 credits = $1.00 ?? and please again this is a serious ? not being sarcastic :)
Sep 13th, 2012 at 3:09:04 PM PDT by

No worries... I figure out what the current value the credits by watching giftcards acutions. Most people right now are paying about 1000 credits per 1.00 on a giftcard auction. Sometimes they go higher and if you are lucky, you will win one for lower (Example 50.00 giftcard to walmart ending at 50000 credits is pretty standard right now) Though it does change...closer to the holidays giftcards the credits could be as much as giftcards may go as much as 2000 per 1.00. When you list items on here, you never know what it will go for unless you put up a giftcard that is a set value. (25.00 to Target etc) There are poeple on here that dont agree with me and I am debating this issue all the time with them. They try to say the value is what Listia charges for credits ...which is so not true. Listia makes money off of those people who are willing to pay those high prices and therefore able to put stuff up on the rewards store.....check out the rewards store. How many credits do for an Amazon giftcard? about 1000 credits per dollar. I think that most people on here just dont think about it (or are new and dont know) or they do know and try to get sellers to feel bad when people ask a what seems like a high price just so they can get it cheaper. If Listia did not put an option for you to set a start bid, I really dont think seller would offer up such high value items that they do, in fear of only getting a few dollars for something worth way more. IE electronis or jewlery. They would just put it on Ebay. I put stuff on here to give people a chance to get items without having to pay money straight forward like Ebay. Everyone has stuff they dont use or want anymore and everyone wants or needs something....and if you dont..then Giftcards always come in handy. I am so glad you asked the question as it shows how intelligent you are. I have fanned you and I hope this helps you as well as other newbies to this wonderful site on how things ACTUALLY work :) Good luck
