The paints used are an acid free ,water based acrylic. I use hand painted items in my own scrapbooks and cards all the time. Each hand painted scrap booking/card making item I do is unique and one of a kind, with some inspired by some great decorative artists. The picture is of the actual item you will receive. Most are painted on the background paper…They are noted if they are otherwise.
