this is like new only used 3 or 4 times there is no scraches or damage to the phone .this is for att&t only .it also comes with a 3g sim card . you can text see emails it is also a camera phone it dose alot .. this is not a smart phone .. feel free to ask questions ..all you ave to do is actived sim card and the phone is ready to go
