I have tested the Xbox 360 and it works perfectly. The only downside is that it is banned meaning it DOES NOT have the capability to go on Xbox Live. I bought this knowing it was banned because I was only interested in offline gaming at the time. I won't be needing this anymore since i got an Xbox 360 Slim now. So if you are only interested in offline gaming, then this 360 is perfect for you!

Will include all the cables and a controller. The controller currently does not have a battery pack. If I happen to find it then I'll include it. If not, you can always purchase one from eBay for about a dollar.

I will NOT change the days on this auction so don't ask. I'll ship as soon as the auction ends.

Sure! No problem. Will have to be a physical card though as I don't think Starbucks offers e-cards.

Will Wendy's Restaurant or Target Stores doable?

Sure, both of those are fine. Of course the Wendy's would have to be a physical card as I don't think they offer e-cards. For Target, you can get either an e-card or a Physical card, both of those options would be free shipping to you of course.
