these are brand new never used in their original cellophane packaging .
when using these lighters do not let the wick burn more then around 5 or 6 seconds at a time as this will shorten the life of the wick,if you use these properly and with care they will last forever.
full of Butane and the wick is one that when it burns down to short you can pull it gently out some more. when first received it may take several strikes to light as the strike plate has a film on it to protect while shipping etc...
