The key is used for your computer so I don't think you can install it in different computer.

Any Microsoft product can be re-used and this is what people fail to pay attention to! As long as you are only using the product key license on one computer at a time it is perfectly fine. The reason they allow this is because computers break and hard drives get replaced. This software is too expensive for someone to have to re-purchase it every time they have PC issues or buy a new one. The funny thing about it is that people throw their PCs away without retrieving these keys and it becomes useless unless they can call their vendor and have proof of purchase, so whoever wins this make sure that you KEEP the product key somewhere you will not lose it (preferably not on your computer) LOL. If you have an external HDD that would be fine but it is always best to write it down and keep it with your tax statements or other important papers.
