I am on a limited income so I can only ship free on certain dates. The next time I will be able to ship is on Oct. 3rd. If you would prefer me to ship before then you must agree to pay the exact shipping cost through paypal. I accept paypal only. I cannot lower the auction days or the starting bid.

This is a vintage hot plate made in Sapulpa Oklahoma by a company called Frankoma. There are no chips and no cracks.

Sure! No problem. Will have to be a physical card though as I don't think Starbucks offers e-cards.

Will Wendy's Restaurant or Target Stores doable?

Sure, both of those are fine. Of course the Wendy's would have to be a physical card as I don't think they offer e-cards. For Target, you can get either an e-card or a Physical card, both of those options would be free shipping to you of course.
