Comic has been stored in bag and board since I bought it as part of a comic store going out of business sale.

Some wear on the spine, and some wear/fading of color on the cover which may normal due to the comic's age. Cover also has some dings and a fold.

While it may not be perfect for a collection beyond fill till a better copy is found, it's still in good shape for reading by fans of X-Men

Will Wendy's Restaurant or Target Stores doable?

Sure, both of those are fine. Of course the Wendy's would have to be a physical card as I don't think they offer e-cards. For Target, you can get either an e-card or a Physical card, both of those options would be free shipping to you of course.
