Hand enameled with Greens and studded with Emerald Crystals, while a "Folly~ Dust" Rainbow arches above the city.
Brooch is crafted in Antiqued Silver-tone, measures 1.25" tall x 1.25" wide and is signed Kirks Folly
Never Heard of Kirks Folly Jewelry- Google Him~ This would be so adorable on a hat! Sorry for the high start bid but these pieces don't come cheap. This was my daughters but she doesn't wear it anymore. Excellent Used Condition!

Will Wendy's Restaurant or Target Stores doable?

Sure, both of those are fine. Of course the Wendy's would have to be a physical card as I don't think they offer e-cards. For Target, you can get either an e-card or a Physical card, both of those options would be free shipping to you of course.
