Awesome! thanks for offering! I have a laptop that needs new life =) Got a new harddrive but Dell doesn't send OS CD's anymore :( I sure hope I win! You're right, best OS by far!

Yes, definitely. Usually if the internet or automated phone stuff say its invalid, you just speak with a person and you say you bought it and its first use and activation and everything. But if the winner has issues, I'll try to get them sorted out so they can enjoy Windows XP, and credits are fair in distribution. Thanks alot, nickgirard23!

I can even call Microsoft and talk to someone and get you an activation if this should occur. I don't believe it will, but this is Microsoft were talking about :)

You don't have to register the key online,it just has to be a valid key for windows home edition.
