The reason why I asked the question about lowering an auction is because I want to start and auction and I wanted to know how I can lower the time on it if someone would ask me to do it for them!! thank you ahead of time if you can help me.

You just go back into your listing and go to edit. I have never used a prepaid cell phone so I really do not know if it comes with minutes, it does not state it on the package.
