i have been wondering about certificate dollars............are they rare or something I never heard of them and thinking of getting into money collecting

I've only ever got 1 from circulation, and that was a tip some guy gave me, he said don't spend this then I looked and saw what it was. You're probably not going to find these in circulation. Back in the day you could turn these in for silver dollars, but they put a stop to that back in 1964.
