No sorry,but its very simple to use(as i said in the description) .Just press and hold the big red button to turn it on. You just press the big red button to record and press the big red button when your done recording.When you want to upload your videos on your computer you just flip out the built in usb and plug it in to your computer.

Yes it has a built in microphone,not only does it record sound it also plays the sound back along with whatever you recorded
