Yes,Yes it does i have supplied it with Two 8gb Sd cards and a usb cable to upload your videos and pics!

Its a digital concepts camera,they're brand doesn't require a cd,you can just take a picture or film a video and with the usb cable it has you can just plug it in and import your pics/video's
