This is "new", because the CD was tested and never actually played. NO SCRATCHES. I don't want to say that it's brand new because it was opened. It was never fully played. Hubby bought this because he loved Commandos Strike Force (he completed all levels lol) and wanted to try the others... but he didn't end up liking them. CSF is a very good older game. this game set is just sitting in our drawer. We got this for $20.

This game is also new and never fully played (just tested). There are absolutely no scratches. Again, he did not like it; he is so picky with games. After 2 minutes of play, he just put it back into its original box. Anyhow... We got this one for an awesome deal, $8 including shipping.
