This is a very pretty bracelet. It is almost like new because I only wore it a couple of times. It is too big for me. The bracelet measures about 8.5" from one end to the other. Eight of the links have magnets in them. The magnets are to provide pain relief. I can't guarantee that it works for everyone, but I know magnetic bracelets sure help me. I have a lot of pain in my hands and wrists and when I wear my magnetic bracelet it eases the pain quite a bit. They say they help with many other things, but I don't know all of the details.
The bracelet is silver tone with gold tone dolphins. It is not sterling silver or real gold, but it is very pretty.
