I dont see a date,but i had them for many years in storage and the person that had them before had them many years.

These were tested and cut very good,even better than new ones.

These are also stamped with the word: "Italy" so i know they are real.

I do not use regular postage stamps to mail anything thicker than paper.
All my items up for auction are mailed first class right at my post office counter.
Everything is packaged good and wrapped with clear mailing tape to secure package. Please be sure to give correct name and address when asked for it.
After i mail all items i keep a receipt from post office for proof that it was mailed.
