made by merchant media - very easy to change the batteries but to be honest with you it is a cheap piece of cr#p.

you said it sticks on the wall... with adhesive or suction cups?

there's a pad that you stick to the wall then the dispenser sticks to the pad with suction cups. I just saw this item on a tv commercial (nick jr) and it sells for $20 + $8 shipping. I couldn't believe my eyes!
